Stable navigation in unstable environments
As soon as interferences are detected, quick reaction is key for safe navigation. Status of the current GPS signal can be viewed with the optional Display unit. Algorithms detect interference and anomalies within the GNSS spectrum and data, this means that the FFSP-100 monitors different values that are important for position calculation and checks them for their quality. Values that are being monitored include, but are not limited to spectrum, power level, the number of satellites in view, signal to noise ratio and missing data informations. The system is able to work with GPS, Galileo, Beidou and Glonass, which covers nearly all commercial vessels or civil usage areas. Different coloured Led´s are indicating the current status. Green LED is indicating normal operation. Blue LED is indication poor GNSS signal or weak interferences. Red LED is indicating strong interferences, jamming or spoofing.
