Your basics for us 

• Completed training in a commercial profession, preferably in office management or a comparable qualification, ideally in a maritime environment
• Confident handling of IT systems and Office, experience in merchandise management would be desirable
• Strong communication skills and team spirit 
• Excellent organizational skills
• English is like a second language for you 
• You have a passion for the maritime world

Your tasks as part of our team are    

• Receiving customer inquiries and assigning external communication 
• Supporting the maintenance of the merchandise management system and customer data 
• Maintaining internal processes and documentation
• Assisting the team with administrative tasks
